Information you provide

When you order, checkout collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items and quantities you purchase. We also receive order and payment details, such as the total, payment status, and receipt reference. If you email us, we receive the message and any information or attachments you include.

Card payments

Square provides the card-entry form and processes card payments. Our website receives a payment token and transaction results, rather than your full card number or card security code. Please do not email us card details.

How information is used and shared

We use order and contact information to fulfill purchases, communicate about orders, provide customer support, handle refunds, maintain business records, and address fraud or security issues.

Service providers receive information needed for their role. These include Square for payments and order records, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, shipping carriers for delivery, and email providers for order-related communications. Order details may also pass through Resend, our order-notification email service. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud or protect legal rights.

Cart storage, connection information, and fonts

The website saves coffee item identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so your cart can remain available when you return. That saved cart does not contain your shipping address or card details. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser; doing so also clears the saved cart.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request timing, to deliver and protect the website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as not tracking individual visitors across its customers’ websites. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those files and sends standard connection information. Square and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their services. Browser privacy settings can restrict storage or requests, although this may affect checkout.

Records and security

We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. No online system can guarantee complete security.

Some information may need to be retained for transactions, accounting, legal obligations, or other permitted reasons. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
